Starting something new as we get older can be challenging, yet rewarding. It’s hard to believe that I am into my fourth year as a real estate agent. Approaching a new career in this season of my life has taken me new places and allowed me to meet new people. I am more confident now in myself as a person and as a professional than any other time in my life. So much so, that I consider this season to be the “sweet spot” in my life. I recognize it and I appreciate all the good things and people in my life right now. Here are a few thoughts and photos for fun!
I can do my job anywhere as long as I have a computer and phone.
I see lots of homes and get pretty fascinated when I see a garage set up like someone is running an Indy race car out of the garage. See…they can change their oil at home like the pros!
And yes…that gorgeous foyer has a marble walkway with a water feature on either side…kind of like a moat. Seeing the creativity that homeowners put into their homes amazes me! I appreciate the opportunity to see behind the scene glimpses into some of Atlanta’s most beautiful homes.
My family is my biggest cheerleader, I love them and appreciate them more than ever…My Mom especially loves to hear about all of the things I learn and see in the business. And who doesn’t love to make their Mom proud!
In all seriousness….what I really love about this work is the human interaction. My role as a real estate advisor allows me to come into people’s lives and help them make some very important decisions.
Check out the feedback below from clients. My buyers and sellers know that they are special to me and that I value them and the relationship we build as we work together. I am thankful to have this opportunity and appreciate all the support and well wishes from many of you!
“I loved working with Lee Ann Wynns when we sold our home in Alpharetta and bought another at Lake Lanier. From recommending staging ideas to doing a wonderful marketing campaign for an open house, I can’t say enough good things about her follow-through and feedback as we sold our home in 2 months. We had a short window to find a new home, and Lee Ann was knowledgeable, prepared and always available to us. She make a stressful experience manageable and fun. Great realtor! She’ll work hard to get you the most money for your home and the best price on the next.” Sue Fagan
“After living in our home for 30+ years, we were ready to sell and move to a smaller home with living and sleeping areas on the main floor. We interviewed several realtors, but our final choice was easy. Lee Ann Wynns is a former neighbor and a person of great integrity. Her warm personality and positive outlook made it easy to work with Lee Ann. She is a great listener with a straightforward yet warm communication style. She is well organized, knowledgeable, and insightful. Her suggestions for staging the house were “right on”. Lee Ann was in almost constant communication with us by phone, text or email and followed through on items that required action in a timely manner throughout the process of selling our home. She said the house would sell quickly…and it did. We were out of town the week the house went on the market and we had two full-price offers the first evening. Lee Ann calmly handled all the details and we completed the sale via phone, fax and email. From presale to final closing, Lee Ann was amazing! If you are looking for a realtor to sell your home, we highly recommend Lee Ann Wynns.” Karl & Karen Ohlsson
